She is Director of the Inclusive Business Think Tank (ENI-DiTella). Her research interest is in the areas of inclusive business, emerging economies, marketing theory, relationship and networking marketing as well as the Service Dominant logic. Her publications have appeared in leading international journals including Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Marketing Theory, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Relationship Marketing, amongst others.
