L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management. She received her Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce and Master\u2019s degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing from University of Mumbai after which she had an eight year long career in the Mutual Fund industry. She currently teaches Marketing Management and Services Marketing at Welingkar. She is pursuing her PhD from University of Mumbai in the area of Customer Experience. In her spare time, she pursues her love for reading and loves listening to rock music.
