Is the PGDM Executive equivalent to an MBA? Is the program considered for PhD?

The program is a diploma and is equivalent to an MBA from any indian university. Exams are conducted by affiliated University. PGDM Institutions are authorized by AICTE to conduct the exams. Through State level Entrance Examinations, you can go ahead for a PhD ahead after this program. Both programs are viewed as the same during placements.
