I am an astute sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in B2B and B2C operations in the consumer goods industry. I have excellent leadership and people skills in managing cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds with proven results. I am skilled at enabling my team to achieve the required business objectives and bottom-line while providing highest customer satisfaction. I possess cogent experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, social media management, sales force steering, P&L management, project management, product development, market intelligence & channel management.
My strong educational background in finance and business management upto an MBA level also backs my extensive industry experience. My research interest focuses on retail channel structure, retail marketing and consumer behavior. This has prompted me to enroll for my PhD in Management with special focus on Marketing Management at ISCTE-Institute University Lisbon, Portugal. My research interests spans through AIoT, Consumer Retention and Consumer Engagement.
Outside of work, I love to read motivational books and academic journals. I enjoy volunteering my time to encourage young individuals on how to identify their fullest potentials at a young age. I find great comfort traveling to new places and having rich & engaging conversations on global politics, global policies and global governance.
