I am a 4th year Ph.D. student in the Marketing Strategy area at the Indian School of Business working under Dr. V. Kumar and Professor. Rajendra Srivastava. My research interest is in space of engagement marketing, customer experience, and marketing-technology interface. The working title of my thesis is “Engagement Orientation”. The purpose of the research is to understand the expected benefits of the firm’s orientation toward engaging with its stakeholders. The research is focused on addressing the following research questions:

a) Is the firm oriented to be engaged with its stakeholders??
b) What factors affect the firm’s engagement level towards its stakeholders?
c) What are the expected benefits of the firm’s orientation towards engaging with its stakeholders?
d) Does engagement level with the firm’s stakeholders impact the firm’s process efficiencies?

Before coming to the Indian School of Business I completed two post-graduate degrees: MBA in Marketing from Osmania University (2016-2018) and PGDBM in Marketing and HR from SNCPS (2002-2004). Before that, I received a BSc. in Chemistry (Honors) from Delhi University.
