Research Topic (tentative):
“Analysis of brand image in B2B services sector with a global perspective”.
Research Question: Technopark situated in Trivandrum, being the first and one of the largest software parks in India, came into existence in the year 1990, before the software boom started in India. Today, Technopark as a brand is not the most preferred IT destination in India. My research will focus on analysing the customer-based brand image of Technopark and the requirements that are looked upon by various stakeholders to see Technopark in an IT enabler role in the future, considering the past and the present scenario. The research be going outside the software park perspective and will focus on various brand image parameters in B2B services context, gap identification, its empirical analysis, research impact…etc.
