Avikshit is a Ph.D. candidate in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources area at IIM Shillong. His doctoral research critically examines employees’ emotional experiences during organizational crises.
His work has been selected for presentation at several internationally renowned conferences, including the International Critical Management Studies Conference (UK), the Decolonizing Management Research Symposium (UK), and the European Group for Organizational Studies Colloquium (Greece). He has also published a case study with Ivey Publishing.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. His current research interests include ideologies of feeling, alternative writing, decoloniality, and employer branding.
