Srijith Mohanan is a Ph.D. in Finance and Accounting from IIM Bangalore and has close to a decade of experience in investment banking. His research interests include the study of financial frictions, corporate finance, bankruptcy, financial intermediation and optimal resource allocation.
Srijith was previously with the Corporate Finance team at Deutsche Bank across Singapore and Mumbai. He has extensive transaction experience across M&A, equity and debt products across multiple sectors and geographies. He also played a key role in setting up the offshore corporate finance team for Deutsche Bank in Mumbai. He developed it into a “best-in-class” offshore corporate finance platform that functioned as a deal-execution engine room that worked on over two hundred transactions between 2012-2016. Srijith acted as the Chief Operating Officer for this Corporate Finance team in 2016.
