Final placements for the PGDM 2024–26 batch begin in September every year and continue through March every year. Resume shortlisting and engagement activities start from August every year.

The Industry Internship Program (IIP) runs during January–March every year. Companies can begin engagement from September–December every year

FTEs are conversion-based roles where recruiters hire high-performing interns as full-time employees. These offers are typically rolled out during or after the internship phase, with flexible joining dates. We actively support FTE engagement through mentorship and performance tracking.

Yes. You can offer live corporate projects (4–6 weeks) during academic terms, typically

from September to March. These are ideal for exploratory roles, pre-internship evaluation, or building brand presence among first-year students.

Yes, we offer full virtual recruitment support through Superset, Zoom, and dedicated recruiter dashboards, including assessments, interviews, and onboarding.

Yes. We operate across Bengaluru and Karjat (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) and can coordinate physical, virtual and hybrid hiring at the Bengaluru campus

While stipends vary by industry and role, the recommended minimum internship stipend is ₹25,000 per month and the highest goes up to ₹1,00,000 per month. For final placements, compensation benchmarks start at 11 LPA, with the median CTC for recent batches at ₹13.6 LPA. Recruiters offering higher-value roles, international exposure, or long-term conversion are encouraged.

Yes. Many recruiters offer internships with a pre-placement offer (PPO) intent, or parallel roles for both internships and FTEs. We can support combined drives or tailored recruitment sessions for both. 

  • Internships (IIP): Students are available for 12-week internships during Jan–March every year 
  • Full-Time Roles: Students from the PGDM 2024–26 batch will be ready to join full-time roles in January 2026 or April 2026 onwards after program completion.
