JAGSoM hosted CONFLUENCE 2025, themed “Engaging with AI – Unleashing Human Potential”, bringing together CHROs, talent leaders, and L&D heads to examine how artificial intelligence can enhance human capability and organisational impact. The event served as a platform for industry–academia dialogue on the evolving role of AI in the workplace.
A thought-provoking panel discussion, moderated by Prof. Edwin Moses, CEO – Centre for Developmental Education, featured Mr. Abhishek Sen, Partner – EY; Ms. Swati Rustagi, Vice President – Employee Experience India, Adobe; and Mr. Kanwal Kaul, IBM Executive, Talent Acquisition – India/South Asia. The panel explored AI’s influence on talent strategy, employee engagement, and the future of work, offering practical perspectives from industry leaders.
The evening also marked a moment of pride as all four JAGSoM programmes were recognised in the QS Rankings 2026, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to global standards in education, leadership, and academic excellence. CONFLUENCE 2025 concluded as a meaningful forum for dialogue, ideas, and innovation.
