Research Incubation in PGDM Programs

Research Incubation in PGDM Programs: Fostering Problem Solving Skills, Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The landscape of business education is evolving. Today’s PGDM programs (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) are not just about imparting traditional management knowledge. They are increasingly incorporating elements that nurture innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. In this context, research incubation emerges as a powerful tool for PGDM students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

We will explore how it fosters an environment that encourages students to develop innovative ideas, translate research findings into viable business ventures, and gain valuable experience in navigating the startup world. We will discuss the different forms research incubation can take within a PGDM curriculum, the benefits it offers to students, and its potential impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
