PGDM Admission Process

JAGSoM’s unique Admission process focuses on identifying the ‘Value Fit’ of Aspirants, in alignment with the Mission of the School which is to nurture holistic, socially responsible and continuously employable professionals.

JAGSoM looks at the Innovation Potential, Business Education Suitability and Value Fit of the candidates, besides their consistent academic performance and work experience for admission into its PGDM programs.

PGDM (Bangalore Campus)

JAGSoM’s premier and flagship program with a limited no. of seats and early closure of admission cycle. It is an AICTE approved and deemed equivalent to MBA (by AIU) two-year, full-time, residential program. PGDM General comprises of a target-industry focused Career Acceleration Program (CAP), and offers specializations in Digital Business & Analytics, Marketing, Finance and HR.

Fee Structure

Application Form

Candidates submit an application form and fee.

ASP Registration and Briefing

Registration : Managed by student volunteers who collect necessary documents.
Verification : Staff verifies self-attested documents against the application.
Briefing : Candidates receive information about the admission process and can ask questions before the PI.

Group Discussion (GD)

A 30-minute group exercise in groups of six to eight candidates, for assessing ‘Solution Orientation’ of the candidates.

Personal Interview (PI)

Personal interview will be conducted for assessing the ‘Learning Potential’ of the candidate.

Scholarships

JAGSoM offers the following scholarships to deserving candidates across different sections of aspirants. The scholarship is adjusted in the last instalment of fees as mentioned in the fees schedule. By offering these scholarships, JAGSoM reaffirms its commitment to making world-class management education accessible to all students, irrespective of their background, and to nurturing future leaders who will make a positive impact in the world.

Scorecards, academic records
EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Scholarship Annual family income below INR 8 lakhs; Min 70% marks in graduation. 1,50,000/- Income certificate, family income tax returns
Sports Excellence Scholarship National or state-level sports representation; Min 60% marks in graduation 1,50,000/- Academic documents & sports achievement certificates
Children of Military Personnel Scholarship Children of active or retired military personnel; Min 65% marks in graduation 1,50,000/- Service certificate or retirement proof
Differently Abled Scholarship Differently abled candidates; Min 60% marks in graduation 1,50,000/- Disability certificate as per Govt. norms

Each scholarship is awarded for the first academic year and is subject to renewal based on the student’s academic performance, participation in co-curricular activities, and overall conduct during the program.
