Dr. (Col.) P.S James brings over 40+ years of leading; as an officer of the Indian Army, the United Nations team lead in conflict, corporate president, and academic. A proven academic leader, known for designing innovative leadership development protocol, programs, and courses, authoring books, supervising doctoral students, institution building, leading international exchange programs, corporate training, and consulting, establishing leadership development centers, leading AACSB, NBA and NAAC accreditations and setting up and leading a new management school and a management association. My philosophy to learning is ‘Evaluate, Individualize and Provide feedback’ and this is the hallmark of all my academic endeavors.

Academic Experience
  • Immediate Past Position– Director DC School of Management and Technology, Vagamon, Kerala and Professor, of Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and HR (April 2023 to Feb, 2025). Restructuring the school to make it competitive and gain accreditations. Manages the entire portfolio of programs including MBA, UG and B.Arch. Plans and executes projects, admissions, placements and the budget. Led the NBA and NAAC accreditations of the school.
