Dr. Sakshi Kathuria is a marketing scholar whose work focuses on consumer behaviour,
digital transformation, and emerging marketing ecosystems. Her research examines how
technologies such as artificial intelligence and immersive platforms influence consumer
decision-making, brand engagement, and marketplace dynamics. She employs quantitative
and mixed-method approaches, integrating behavioural insights with marketing analytics to
address contemporary business challenges.
Her work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals including Journal of
Knowledge Management, Business Strategy and the Environment, Technology in Society,
Journal of Enterprise Information Management, and Journal of Global Marketing. She
serves on the Advisory Editorial Board of the Journal of Global Marketing and is Managing
Editor of Emerald’s Review of Management Literature.
Dr. Kathuria has contributed extensively to academic leadership through curriculum
development, accreditation processes, and Assurance of Learning systems. She has also led
strategic initiatives in branding and admissions through data-driven marketing approaches.
In the classroom, she teaches Marketing Management, Social Media & Content Marketing,
and Advanced Marketing, with a focus on experiential learning through cases, simulations,
and digital tools. Her pedagogy emphasizes developing analytical thinking and managerial
judgement in technology-driven environments.
