Dr. Shrabani Bhattacharjee has experience of both academia and industry. She has worked with Nicco Groups, Kolkata prior to joining academics. Post Ph.D., she got associated with K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai. She has published and presented several research papers in peer reviewed journals like Journal of Indian Business Research and National and international conferences like INDAM. Her recent research interest lies on Sustainable Human Resource Management and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises and their HR aspects.
