Prof. Bagchi brings with him a blend of rich experience from the industry and academia. He has served in senior leadership positions in the industry with a tenure in consulting with a leading management consulting firm. This provided him with a unique exposure to some of the corporate best practices. These learnings from the corporate world helped him bring a new perspective to teaching, the differences in the context and environment notwithstanding. His area of interest, in addition to teaching, extends to developing systems & processes that help in strengthening the culture of an organization. A former Dean at ICFAI Business School and Kaziranga University School of Business, he has spent nearly two decades in academics and has been a student and practitioner of institution building.
His current research interests include Organizational Change Management and New Age Human Resource Management.
