The placement process at JAGSoM is an engagement driven approach, unlike ‘mela’ driven placement followed by most B-Schools. Students have found roles as Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, Market Research Analysts, Data Analysts, Digital Marketing & Social Media Analysts, Marketing Analysts, Financial Analysts, Financial Modelling across IT & ITes, Financial Services, Automotive, Banking, and Manufacturing sectors, among other sectors.
Even as COVID 19 has slowed down the Indian economy, Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) has announced the completion of 100% Final Placements for its graduating PGDM Batch of 2021-23. Approximately 75% of the PGDM 21-23 batch has secured career track-aligned job roles, which is a testament to JAGSoM’s focused and competency-based learning approach.

The Career Track immersion comprises of specialized course work, application exercises, certifications and a ‘Request for Problem (RFP)’ industry project. All of these are aligned to the roles and competencies required for the specific domain.
Student teams work under faculty guidance and an industry mentor on resolving an industry partner provided business problem.
To ensure student readiness to step into the corporate world, Co-Curricular interventions such as Mock Group Discussions and Personal Interview Sessions are organized in partnership with the industry across the length of the program.
