Dr. M.Sivagnanasundaram

Professor & Chairperson

Dr M Sivgnanasundaram (Siva), the Marketing Area Chair at JAGSoM, also co-leads the AIM-Parasuraman Center for Service Excellence. He has 25+ years of teaching experience, having previously served at IMT Hyderabad and KIAMS. His expertise spans B2B Marketing, Services Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Research. His research interests include cause-related marketing, choice modelling, impulse purchase, and consumer evaluation of user reviews.
